Your rental includes private use of your contracted spaces (Reception Facility, Monumental & Potomac Rooms, Observation Deck, lobbies), an on-site Facility Manager(s), plus chairs, tables, dance floor, and parking.

Event planning, linens, catering, alcohol service, entertainment, florals, tenting, valet parking, and any rental equipment beyond chairs/tables/dance floor are not included.

Yes! You and your guests will have access to our private parking lot at no additional charge.

Yes! We allow you to bring in your own alcohol! You just need a licensed bartender to serve it.

Weekend rentals are 8.5 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, including at least 2 hours for setup and 1.5 hours for load-out/cleanup for your vendors. Extensions may be possible depending on scheduling.

To reserve your date, you’ll sign a contract with the Director of Sales. At signing, ½ of the reception facility rental feeplus a refundable security deposit are due. Remaining rental fees are due six months prior to your event.

• 9+ months before: Rental Fee Deposit and Security Deposit returned minus a $950 processing fee

• 6+ months before: 50% of Rental Fee Deposit plus Security Deposit returned minus a $950 processing fee

• Within 6 months: Rental Fee Deposit and Security Deposit are forfeited (Security Deposit return, if any, follows the contract terms)

By Arlington County regulation, the maximum capacity is 180 guests.

• Yes, ceremonies are welcome on site! We host ceremonies in our separate Monument Room, the Main Ballroom, or outdoors on the Terrace (where tenting is also permitted). Your Sales Director will be happy to guide you through the best layout and guest flow for each space.

Events must end by 11:00 PM Sunday–Thursday and 12:00 AM (midnight) Friday, Saturday, and any day followed by a federal holiday.

• Entertainment: Must be selected from our Approved Entertainment list. Outside entertainment may be considered subject to vendor training, required documentation, and a security deposit.

• Catering: Typically selected from our Approved Caterers list. Outside caterers may be considered with required documentation, training, and applicable fees. Alternatively, unapproved outside caterers may drop off food if service is handled by our approved staffing partner, C&G.
