Pricing

    • Low (Jan, Feb + Early Mar): Evenings starting at $4,500

    • Mid (Jul, Aug + Nov): Evenings starting at $5,800

    • Premium (Late March, April, May, June, Sep, Oct + Dec): Evenings starting at $6,800

    • Saturday & Sunday Daytime Event Hours: $4,000

    • Monday–Wednesday

      • Daytime:$3,850

      • Evening:$4,200

    • Thursday

      • Daytime:$3,850

      • Evening:$4,500

    • Friday

      • Daytime:$3,850

      • Evening: Seasonal

    • Included Setup & Teardown: Standard set-up and clean-up time is included with your rental rate and takes place outside of your scheduled event hours.

    • Small Group Pricing: Special rates are available for events with 60 or fewer guests.

    • Half-Day Rentals: Half-day rates are available upon request.

    • Catering Option for Small Groups: Events with 40 or fewer guests may be eligible for drop-off catering and in-house set-up/clean-up services.

    • $950 Weekday – two hours, up to 10 people including vendors

    • $1,200 Weekend – two hours, up to 10 people including vendors

Tour + Vision

We start with a site visit and a few key questions—guest count, vibe, timing, and priorities—so we can explore room layouts, flow, and vendors.

Lock the Date

Once you’re ready, we confirm availability, create the proposal with space detail, rental options, and payment plan to secure the date. You’ll have a digital guide for next steps and our Event Coordinator will be in contact.

Design the Run of Show

Approved Catering and Entertainment put you with the right vendor partners. Your event from vendor load-in/set-up, guest arrival, ceremony, cocktail hour, meal service, presentations, awards, and close-out —the space works perfectly with your timeline.
